No, judges or the judiciary must be served for the limited time as well as fixed terms, because the situations and all the things change over the lifetime.There may be change in the novel and updated laws as well as new technological developments.Also due to progressive change in brain detoriation which may lead to the better judgement. Hence it is better to serve judiciary for fixed tenure rather than appointed for life.
