a. Health Professional should meet the subordinates every day. It is the responsibility of the health professional to introduce himself and to get orient of the organization. He has to specify the role and responsibilities of each subordinate and to ensure the organization goal and objectives. He has to discuss the organizational cultures with the subordinates and interact with them frequently. He has to train the staff and volunteers regarding the issues, facilities, and works. He has to maintain the leadership and delegate the responsibilities. He has to maintain effective communication and leadership with the staff members. He has to resolve the conflicts and to maintain professional behavior with the health professional. He must analyze the future needs and demands in advance and plan accordingly to meet the organizational goals and objectives. The mission of the organization must be clear and enhances the subordinates to work towards it. Support the subordinates and help them to achieve the Organizational goal. Managers need to control the progress and to provide adequate guidance and support. Promote knowledge and skills in handling of staff members at each level of the organization. Make coordination of team members to enforce the objectives towards the goal. Make organizational policy favorable to the attainment of goals.

b. Health professional should supervise the subordinates in delegating of their authorities. He has to listen to the employees and to act accordingly in order to support them. Share ideas and respect them to improve their work performance. Supervise each department separately and look after the issues and conflicts within the department. Always get feedback from the subordinates to alleviate the barriers in patient safety. Analyze each departmental supplies and needs to provide optimum care and safety for the patient. Make an interprofessional skill between the subordinates for the safe delivery of care. Follow the hierarchy of authority level to manage and lead subordinates effectively. Provide a task and monitor the task periodically. Maintain an effective workforce for staff retention and to maintain the quality of care. Provide equal opportunities to express their feelings, problems within the work area. Avoid stress and promote a positive work environment for safe quality of care. Arrange for a meeting every week in each department to resolve the issues and to maximize the effectiveness of work. Health professionals should improve their skills to evaluate subordinates. Encourage them by offering incentives, appraisal based on the performance. This makes them improve the quality of care.
