A health and human sciences professional needs to be extra committed towards his/her profession as he/she is directly linked to the health and life of the people, which is the most primary thing in human life, rest all comes secondary. It is a very important profession with lots of pressure, load, to deliver best in scarcity of resources, keeping himself secondary. Therefore, he must be rich in skills like leadership qualities, management strategies and be able to generate and work in collaboration. As the saying "Unity is Power", team work can give quality and immense output. When working in a team, as a health professional, you should distribute the work among the team based on quality of each individual. Anyone is not perfect in everything. Therefore, as a leader you should recgnise the caliber, expersite and interest of the team members, and distribute the work accordingly. This practise will even help better manage the work.
When you will incorporate these skills in you and keep working accordingly, it will enhace your overall personality and make you a better, conscious, well informed and a strong will person.
