a.Leadership is the ability of an individual or may be a group of individual to influence and guide followers or other member of an organization.there are certain qualities of good leader such as confidence,honesty or truthfull,decision making capablities and also having an ability to inspire other people.there are certain perspective for developing effective leadership-it was seen during early 80s and 90s ,people thought that those persons having money ,financial and business literacy are the quality of good leadership but now the perspective is changed ,today we choose leader on the basis of 'right brain' or to those people which having creativity ,empathy and having also a good descision making ability .leadership is not static part ,it is something to change with more improvement.leadership represent the mindset ,skills and behavior .communication could be facillates the work of health and human service .leaders can improve the healthcare organizations by establishing certain rules and regulation and also with the help of some policies this can be done by communicating to the staff of healthcare.                  b.Management-it can be done by planning ,organizing,leading and controlling ,it is an art of organizing people together to complete desired goal and objectives by coordinating and intergrating all available resource.there is not a big difference between leadership and management but we can say that leaders have people to foolow them but in management ,people work for the manager we can say that leaders are the choice of people but managers get their post by autority give by company and also by his\her loyality towards the company and the similarity between them are that they both supervise the peopla as a head,they both relay on effective commubication       c.collaboration is something similar to cooperation ,it is a working practice in which individual work together to a common purpose to achieve a goal ,,communication ,establish a team goal,strenght of tem member,encouragement of team member,positive attitude toward the goal..,these are some factors that facilitates the collaboration                          d.no we cant say that team or group are similar due to some minor differences such as -group is a collection of individual who coordinate their individual efforts on the other hand team is a group of people who share a common team purpose and a nuber of challenging goals
