Answer: The continuous increase in the Co​​​​​2 is directly related to the global warming and climate change. Due to increase in the temperature the ice are melting at a speedy rate and hence the South America has faced snow and ice Strom. Many people suffers with these conditions even this threat is all over the world as the temperature is increasing and hence causing melting of snow.

​​​​​​Due to hole in the ozone layer, the paradox Strom can enter and move in any direction. People are not ready to accept this theory and hence may be at higher risk.
