Answer: Although a person have both the Behavior i.e positive as well as negative. But the negative Behavior have major adverse effects on our health. The negative Behavior such as anger, frustration etc. causes increase in the blood pressure as well as stress causes many person to loose their self control and may be sometimes these people do crime.

These negative Behaviour lead people to get into depression and also indirectly increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Sometimes high anger causes brain damage. The increased blood pressure causes sudden heart attack. While the positive behaviour such as being happy, meeting people etc. Causes stress free mind, maintain the blood pressure etc.
