* Benefits of moderate alcohol use :- 1) Lowers risk of Cardiovascular disease, In many of the reaserch it has been found that mode rate or limited consumption of alcohol raises the levels of HDL Chigh density lipoprotein) which protects heart from vånious disease 2) It improves Libido - Newer research have been shown that moderate drinking protect against erectile dysfunction. Helps in prevention against common cold :- Alcohol consumption led to å decrease in common cold. 4) Decreases chances of Developing Dementia - Alcohol in moderate amount stresses cells and this toughens them up to cope with major stresses down the road that causes dementia. * Risk of excessive consumption of alcohol:- 1 Effects Liver - Excessive drinking causes liver damage 2 Ab using alcohol causes bacteria to grow in gut - The alcohol consumption in excess amount cause increased bacteria to grow in gut which can migrate through the intestinal wall and into the liver leading to liver damage.
