Here I am going to describe about the fielder's contingency theory and vroom yetton model along with the differences between two of the leadership strategy models and the similarities between them.

Fielder's contingency theory states is known as the contingency theory because it states that not one singular can get the success to the team but altogether contingently get the success to the team. Fields contingency theory describe about the the effectiveness of the leader of the team so that he can easily determine the other actions and activities of the team to get the best results that are beneficial for the whole team.

Vroom yetton model states that the theory must be according to the situation of the team and the condition of the organisation. define the various styles of strategies according to the various situations and conditions of the team for the organisation. the difference between the vroom yetton model and fielder's contingency theory is that contingency theory describe the effectiveness of the leader to maintain the balance between the activities of the other members of the team of the organisation where as broom yetton model describe about the strategies according to the situation of the team of the organisation. the similarities between the two filter contingency theory and vroom yetton model are they both are leadership strategy plan and describe the various strategies to form a good leadership
