3. First level

Top level management constitutes the top management team. They include titles like CEO, president, vice president. They hold the highest authority to take the key decisions and set goals for organization.

Middle level management carry out the goals set by top management. They constitute titles like general manager, regional manager.

First level management directly deals with the the line of workers. They are responsible for controlling the employees and get the work done.
