1. Ans . Implied consent is the one which is implied. It can be either by words i.e verbal through communication, behaviour of the patient or by the circumstances under which the treatment is being provided.

For e.g when a patient registers himself/herself to an appointment with a physician he automatically gives consent of being getting examined by the physician. He the needs not sign other consent form unless their is private parts examination.

Another example would be when patient extends her arm for blood sample collection is also the implied consent.

For eg. Consent form is provided by nurse and is being explain to the patient before undergoing a surgery .
