In Turner syndrome, FSH and LH hormones will be elevated and less growth hormone level there will be lipid disturbance so total cholesterol is a high and high risk of type 2 diabetes patient glucose fasting level is high.

High TSH indicate hypothyroidism, patient thyroid is underactive
High thyroxine indicate hyperthyroidism they suffer from thyrotoxicosis
