Answer: In the healthcare organizations it is necessary to provide safe environment to the patients. The cultural competence provides better care opportunities as well as it enables the healthcare professionals to deliver quality of care to the patients. The cultural competence environment makes patient to feel more comfortable during their treatment and hence they are able to express their problem to the healthcare professionals.

The effective communication is necessary for delivering quality of care to the patients as the communication removes the barrier of misunderstanding as well as it enables the healthcare professionals to understand the situation of the patient. The effective communication also includes the non verbal actions such as eye contact, showing empathy etc. The effective communication is directly related to patients outcome.
