Demands of nursing, the advancement of technology forces the nurse to re-conceptualization, but maintaining of patient-centered care is necessary. The traditional nurse-patient relationship is the key to the safe delivery of care. Health care disparities can be eliminated by focusing on the therapeutic relationship with the patient and caring of the diverse population with effective communication. Digital formation may improve the patient's knowledge, but the doubts and fear about their condition can be rectified by nurse-patient interaction. Only traditional form of care makes the nurse to better understanding the patient's values, belief's, needs and thereby improve the individual health outcomes. Only the traditional form of nurse-patient relationship can bring healthy behavior in the patient. Re-conceptualization will diminish the nurse's role and increase the health care cost.
