a)Jenny being in her old age is suffering osteoporosis, additionally difficulty in vision,dizziness and a slippery floor contributed to fall and fracture .Her body will react slow to the treatment because of old age.Her breathlessness to be monitoted

b)Some of the help and support which could be offered to her are

  • Provide assistance in daily activities like eating,bathing, toileting,mobilisation
  • Encourage to have a balanced nutrient diet rich in calcium, vitamin to enhance bone strength
  • Teach her breathing exercise to improve lung function
  • Assess the root cause of dyspnea and administer medication as per order to relieve it
  • Encourage the patient for periodic vision check up and use glasses as per order
  • Make use of support bar,handle grip in home
  • Skid proof floor to be done in the home, no disturbances or wire in the the place where patient walks to prevent fall
