Answer: Nursing is a life long learning process. Nursing requires many efforts to do justice with the profession. The nurse plays major role in the life of patients as well as they perform different task in the healthcare setting. The nurse has to look after the patients along with enhancing the quality of care of the healthcare organizations.

Nurse should have leadership qualities such as ability to express, effective communication, encouraging as well as self assessment is necessary in the healthcare profession. Nurse requires to learn and experience things from different treatment, conference, journals etc. They need to keep themselves updated with the research because they need to apply the evidence based practice in their treatment process. The evidence based practice provides better opportunity to the nurses to provide better treatment to the patients as well as it also enavles them to make decisions. It enhances the critical thinking skills. So nursing profession requires lots of efforts as well as planned establishment where one has to be dedicated towards his duty.
