Resources are under control of management. Issuing or receiving resources are by the management. Counselling for employees will be carried out by the management.

While recruiting the employees it's under control of management to conduct counselling.

Overseeing the employees either they are following the rules and regulations of the institution are done by management.

Determining the strategies for future is leadership oriented. After the performance appraisal it's very essential to change or set the strategies for successful work completion.

Adam's equity theory explains the balance between work performance and rewards.

Vroom's acquired needs theory explains about the relationship between the intrinsic needs and efforts carried out to fulfill those needs.
