Perfect world can only be imagined , it cannot be in reality because when people living in the world are perfect then only the world can be perfect because it's composed of it . The activities done by the people makes the world perfect and imperfect . Vision is the imagination of one's own about the future . If I consider the world to be perfect in my imagination then the vision for not only EBP but also for other acts in my organisation will be reaching the hikes of success . If everyone working in an organisation starts to work so perfectly then there would be no issues between the co - workers , no delays , no malpractices ,no negligence etc . Either it would lead to efficient service which is accessible , affordable to all the patients which would result in early discharges and fast recovery . Patients would be satisfied by the services and used to give good feedbacks which will help in the growth and development of the organisation and increases the prestige of the organisation .
