Perfect world is a dream for everyone where no fights , problems etc takes place . Everyone wants to be perfect in their terms and wants to live in a perfect world. But it's not possible because everyone is not perfect . We fail at any of the points in our life . And no one can be perfect except the Almighty . If I imagine that this were a perfect world and everyone here is so hardworking and works perfectly then the there would a total 360 degree change in the view what we are seeing today . In the healthcare organisation , healthcare workers used to practice ethically , following all laws and regulations , no delays in functioning , no cases of malpractice , negligence etc . Satisfied patient giving very good feedbacks on the basis of evidence based practice provided to them by health care workers . The heads of the department called the perfectionist will be executing it and members following it . Helping the patient to recover fast and discharge early with a smile and sending other people to go to that same organisation for any health issues because it provides the world class services to its patients . This will help in increasing the standard of the organisation . The difference it would make are in the outcome / survival rates , innovation of new practices that are cheap and effective , decreases the rate of mortality , malpractice and negligence etc . I am currently working in an healthcare organisation only and wants to have a future like this imagination but being perfect is not easy as we humans loss at some point .
