Strategic planning helps an organization to take the right decision. If the organization doesn't engage in strategic planning, internal conflicts, unfavorable situation arise within the organization. The organization will not grow in a positive direction. The resources cannot be determined within the budget. Overall, the organization efficiency will be decreased.
