The advancement in research has brought end to innumerable diseases but it is always a challenge to handle communicable disease effectively. Diseases like Ebola,SARS,HIV are communicable easily in an epidemic area.
HIV is one of the communicable disease which has a poor outcome besides treatment .This over time gives rise to other diseases and makes the host easily infected due to poor immunity. The people in those area ,caring for infected population, spouse, life partners,who are in relationship, who shares same needle are a general vulnerable population. The main contributing factors are lack of awareness, knowledge, low socioeconomic status, multiple partners .Nearly 36.9 million HIV infected patients are living worldwide.
