First i will try to make understand about the consequence of taking higher amount of alcohol.it can be life threatening for patient as well as himself.when he treats a patient after having drink,he may not be conscious enough to administer medication and give care to the patient.Errors can happen at this stage.Moreover,he is not allowed drink alcohol on duty time.it is against the rules of organisation.if he go against the rules hemay get punished or get imprisonment for making viloence in hospital environment.warn him that if he repeats the same,i will inform to the superiors to take actions.
