Lyme disease is caused by a bacteria known as Borrelia bacterium, which is spread by Ticks. Lyme disease is treated by Doxycycline as a first-line antibiotic that belongs to the Tetracycline family.

There are some other antibiotics which also used to treat Lyme disease know as Cefuroxime(which belongs to cephalosporin antibiotics family), Amoxicillin(which belongs to β-lactam antibiotics family), ceftriaxone(which belongs to cephalosporin antibiotics family) but these classes are not available in options.
