A. Bacteria - Cholera, Pertussis, CDAD, Lyme disease, Tetanus, Toxic shock syndrome.

Explanation:These are the infections caused by bacteria. Cholera is caused by the bacteria Vibrio cholerae. Cholera develops due to the toxins produced by this bcteria in the intestine. The gastric ulcers are commonly caused by a type of bacteria called Helicobacter pylori. Pertussis is a highly contagious infectious disease affecting the respiratory system caused by the bacteria Bordetella pertussis. Clostridium difficile associated disease or CDAD is an infection associated with colon and it is caused by the bacteria Clostridium difficile. Lyme disease is a bacterial infectious disease commonly caused by Borrelia burgdorferi and rarely by the bacteria Borrelia mayonii. Tetanus is also a bacterial infection caused by Clostridium tetani. Toxic shock syndrome is caused by the toxins produced by the bacteria Streptococcus pyogenes or Staphylococcus aureus.
