Hi, as per Chegg Rules, we have to answer the first question only foe the multiple questions. But here too many questions, so here I answer all the question and give the explanation for the first question only.

1) D. Cell Membrane

Explanation: Because of the presence of the additional protection afforded by the outer membrane of gram negative bacteria it tends to be more resistant to antimicrobial agents than Gram-positive bacteria. Gram-negative bacteria have an outer membrane rich in lipo polysaccharide, antimicrobial peptides can bind to the outer membrane of Gram-negative bacteria and block passage of solutes between the periplasm and the cell exterior, resulting in bacterial toxicity.By considering this as an example we can say that the cell membrane has more toxicity associated with it.

2) B. Chitin

3) C. HIV

4) B. Modification of the antibiotic

5) A. Minimum inhibitory concentration

I love’d to hear your feedback and Rating. If you like the answer please give me a positive rating, which will boost me more. Thank you.
