Yes. Health care is a basic human right that should afford to all people irrespective of age, sex, race, religion, nationality, ethnicity. Basic human health care should not be limited to only insurance coverage people or individual who have the ability to pay. Almost ten percent of death occurred due to a lack of affordability to access services. Health care has to be reformed to provide preventive services at free of cost or at a reasonable cost. Furthermore, the moral right should eliminate health disparities among the people. Failure to provide services to denied health coverage is unacceptable and changes should be made through policymakers. So major changes have to be made in ACA in order to provide equality to access of care to all people to gain the benefit of the overall population.
