Answer: Occupational health nursing: To orevepr any kind of health hazards, the occupational health nurses teach, educate the employee as well the employer the preventive methods. The occupational health nurses teach at the work place the various methods to minimise or eliminate the risk of health hazards. Their main intention is to prevent any kind of damage or risk to the workers so they may advice to change any kind of procedure or functioning at workplace to reduce the risk.

There are three levels of prevention:

• Primary
• Secondary
• Tertiary

The one of the levels of prevention i.e. primary level of prevention where the disease has been not occured and with the help of awareness the disease can be prevented from it occurance.

The community health care nurse in the settings can implement the primary level of prevention by providing knowledge to the community as well as creating awareness among people regarding the disease as well as it's preventive measures.

For example, the community health nurse can create awareness among people regarding the obesity as it increases the risk of developing the diseases such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension. But the community health nurse can implement the primary level of prevention by imparting knowledge to people such as indulgence of physical activities, exercise, proper diet and by avoiding caffeinated beverages can decrease the weight.
