Socioeconomic status of an individual defines how the individual is living in the society and what is his financial status.surrogacy is a practice in which the women accept to become pregnant and give birth to the child and the born baby is handover to another couple and they become the legal parent to the child.women who are doing surrogacy are usually poor in their socioeconomic status.so to earna huge amount they are doing surrogacy.Pregnancy and child birth makes lot of changes in the women body.after a child birth the women needs minimum three years for the body to revert back to non-pregnant state.If the women on concerning her economic status being poor if often undergo surrogacy it affects her body.The first problem she will undergo is anemia and following to that she has to face various health problems and also the women who are doing surrogacy not getting respect in some society they are treated as a prostitute in some underdeveloped or developing communities.In case of insurance not everyone is affordable to pay health insurance premiums so the people in the below poverty line cannot get the benefits of private insurance.The people who are affordable for high cost treatments get good treatment and care in private clinics whereas the individuals who can't afford to high cost treatment not even get basic treatment there so the health equity is lost here.In overall quality an individual with good work and status in the society always have the positive health outcome.First of all he is mentally healthy if he has all basic necessity and along to that if his financial status is good then he can spend money for his goodness of health.He can buy good healthy foods and also spend money for sickness and hospital expenditure if he fall sick.Thus one with good socioeconomic status always have a positive way of health.For Example : Ms.x is 25 years she is single no family support she is studying and doing part time jobs.She is not sufficient with her part time earnings.she had a proposal for surrogacy but her body and health not that much good to become pregnant and child birth.She signs the agreement and given birth and handed over the child to the parent.But now she have anemia due to excess blood loss in the labor sometimes it can lead to death.Thus the economic instability makes her health to this condition.Another example an individual is also a student doing part time jobs.He has no savings.he always eat junk foods because it is low cost that he can afford.After some period of time it cause stomach cancer.he went to hospital and doctors advised him to undergo for surgery.But he cannot afford for hospital fees and expenditure.he have no insurance schemes so he not undergone for any treatment,Then his condition worsen and lead to death.Thus the socioeconomic plays important role in health .
