Terminal illness which have definite death can always be an emotional trauma first followed by physical trauma.They always go through the grieving stages like denying why it came to them and why not others of same age,they develop anger and hatred to others and the society ,environment thinking they cannbe a causative factor, accepting it will always be a challenge ,this state can make them loose almost all of their physical energy and as a resukt of not being able to take a firm decision without support.They try to seek help from close family members,friends ,community and health care workers to get a psychological support .When they try and accept it ,their thought about the disease changes and act as a decision maker to neutralize it and lead a wuality life.They are at times emotionally stronger and be a diplomatic person to others.
