It is a life ling diseases which affects a persons physical, mental, social well being. In this case, Sara, with 32 weeks of pregnancy confirmed positive to gestational diabetes. To help her with more in diet and blood glucose level , American Diabetes Association would be able to do better for her. Because gestational diabetes is a occurs when there is a baby in womb which in later in pregenancy the chances of getting diabetes for baby is also at higher risk.
