A professional person should have proper characteristics associated with the profession to show them in a better way. Along with knowledge and proper training, a set of characteristics is necessary to make them blow in their career. The three most important characteristics that benefit in my health care administration profession are

Effective Communication Skills:

Effective communication is necessary to coordinate with subordinates and other health care professionals. Maintaining good communication with superiors and reporting of work effectively make my job more secure. Excellent written communication and relevant reply make me more professionalized in my field.

Ethical judgment:

Making the correct decision is essential in all professions. Taking responsibility for my job and capability of having the right decision at the right time helps to achieve my goals and shows improvement in my career. Proper analyzing of a situation and taking good ethical judgment minimizes my work-related issues.

Respect:

Respecting of Organizational goals, values and following of laws improves my autonomy of work. Respect the authority of level and superiors, give dignity and respect to my job. Respect help to do my job more confidently.

I feel that I need to improve my characteristics of expertise to make me more ideal in my job place. Developing a set of skills through proper learning and training in my concern part shows me as more professionalized and expertised.
