The disabled person comes under a vulnerable population. Federal and other agencies offer them a wide range of services to meet the needs of the population and to make them live independently. Vocational Rehabilitation is a federal-state program offering employment for disabled persons through proper therapeutic training and counseling. Association of Higher Education and Disability(AHEAD) promote higher education to the disabled person by providing training, conferences to meet the professional goals. Disabled Sports Organization involves the disabled person in sports such as snow kicking, horse riding, water rafting, bicycling, etc. Social Security Organization offers cash to the eligible disabled person to have independent living. Many other agencies also offering financial help to the disabled person in a various way, but the disabled person has to come across many challenges before getting these benefits. The person must qualify to attain these benefits. The strategies must be revised periodically according to the needs and demands of the disabled population to fulfill the gap.
