Leukemoid reaction slide shows an increase in the white blood cells and the count are usually about 50000 microlitre.It has immature cells (myeloblast or red blood cells,metamylocyte,esinophial and basophilia which are hypobacilar, lack of granulated platelet) The RBC are dimorphic.They are metakaryotypic..The immature wbc have abnormal nuclei ,granules in it. The morphological examination reveals the cytoplasmic enzymes.The RBC are also not matured here with a nuclei in it.
