Question No 6 : Answer : For 1 (0.6ml of prefilled) syringe need 6 mg of Pegfilgrastim

Therefore need of 100,000 such syringes means= 100,000 x 6 = 600,000 mgs of pegfilgrastim

1gm = 1000mgs

Therefore 600,000/ 1000 = 600 gms

600 gms of pegfilgrastim needed to prepare 100,000 syringes (0.6 ml/ syringe)

Question No 7 : Answer : 1ml contains 14 mg of benzocaine

10 ml container may have 140mg of benzocaine

Therefore 10ml of 200 containers need=  140 x 200 = 28000 mg of benzocaine

In Gms = 28000/ 1000= 28 gms of benzocaine

There fore 10ml of 200 container need 28 gms of benzocaine
