Emotional intelligence refers to a persons self capabilities their way of handling situations with others in an efficient way.The five emotional intellifence are

• Self awareness
• Motivation
• Self Regulation
• Empathy
• Social skills

Having all these qualities can make a leader to guide and direct his team towards the desired goal and achieve success.Even in case of any conflicts or disputes a leader knows the way to tackle it and run the work smoothly without affecting the organization or the employees.

The high degree of self awareness which is expected from a leader is to know their weaknesses and change it into their strength and formulate a success strategy out of it.
