* Six stigma it is used for Root cause analysis.

It includes 5 why's those are

2. Measure,

3. Analyze,

4. Improve,

5. And Control.

Use :

It is one of the most important components of all continuous improvement methodologies.

Mainly used in root cause analysis.

In these we will identify the cause of the problem, and take steps to eliminate that cause of problems, so that we will not get again that problem and we can go into next step in the process.

It mainly focuses on eliminating the defects.

* Lean process is a daily mindset and practice and through this deliver the organizations what they promised to the people.

it is minimizing the waste with in the organization.

* HRO : High reliability organizations :

It provides scientifically sound and feasible measures patient safety from any hazards.

These are the use of six stigma, lean, HRO, concepts with regards to quality in health care.

That is perform " Benchmarking ".

Because benchmarking is a process , measuring the performance of an organization services, and, products and health care against those of an another organizations services.

So it is to identify internal opportunities for improvement of an organization.

* In organization wide there is a more dependence on higherarchy people, and the relationships also not that much good.
