Here client is hearing impaired..wears hearing aids.he wants to work in a setting where he need to check blood pressure with traditional stethoscope.so here the modifications will be that client has to check the blood pressure first by palpating the radial artery.so he will get a idea about the systolic and diastolic range.after that with that idea he can check bp with brachial artery by stethoacope.by that client can predict the exact blood pressure.
