Quality management program : it is defined as it is an act of meet the desirable goals efficiently and effectively.

In these programme we can plan the quality standards, implement those interventions, and evaluate the quality control and quality out comes.

It is a process of automation program here the continuous quality improvement we can see.

Evaluation of quality management program through steps includes

* Plan,

* do,

* check,

* act.

For example in an organization like health care institutions those are hospital, quality management program evaluation through

1. Plan : here the planning to provide quality health care services to the all patients by setting quality standards those are rules and regulations.

Planning to provide care effectively and efficiently to all patients with any partiality.

Irrespective of their race, sex, and economic status the organizations should plan equal care to all individuals.

Do : implement the care to all what ever the organization planned in effective and efficient manner.

That is equitable distribution of care to all patients.

Check : that means checking the implemented care, through by doing audits, in all areas of care like in medical departments, nursing departments, laboratories, pharmacies ect.

If all areas are good record and reports maintaintained and there is an improvement in the patient condion means, we can fix it as quality one.

Act : if there is no good out comes and improper regarding and reporting take an action and replan the quality care.

If the outcomes are good or the quality of care improved follow the same rules and regulations and standards and try to implement still more quality standard to improve still more standards of hospital or organization.

Leadership conducts all components of quality management program :

* The leaders should prepare some vision and mission of an organizations.

* The values and standards are equitable to all and patient and population centeredness.

* the leader should not only have leadership but also he or she can motivate the people's to follow all quality standards to meet an organizational goals.

* the leader should create an environment to positive way to meet all goals in effective and quality way.

* the leader responsibility to improve quality management in an organization by creating strong commitment among all the staff and patients.
