Nurses poor competence made undesirable consequences like lack of confidence, job dissatisfaction, frustration, etc. Nurse-patient relationships with patients, co-workers important competency, improve patient experience, quality of care. nurses' competency includes their behavior it helps nurses to support, understand and share their experience. It is a professional practice for nurses to improve their practical knowledge and skills. professional knowledge or skills categorize as professionalism, critical thinking, comparison, cultural competence, compassion, awareness, empathy, leadership, etc. Professional development needs must focus on continuous education, upholding competency. As a nurse, they have to learn in the entire carrier. nursing graduation improves the specialization of nurses it helps to develop nurses professionally and provide the positive patient outcome. professional development leaders have the ability to engage the staff for higher education, evidence-based practice, personal and professional growth provide a positive impact on patient outcomes. nurses' education program as the main resource it focuses on the nurse's professional development goal.
