2.How will your professional Code of Ethics help to guide you in making decisions?

Answer: Professional code of ethics is an outline given by the organization or company; which provides the ethical principles that will help the employee to know the do's and dont's of the organization .Professional code of ethics will help the employee in his job by providing set of guidelines to follow and which will help him to making his decision and live upto the intentions of the organization and also boost his confidence. These Professional Codes of ethics are really important to form good and co-operative organization. Some of these Codes are:

1) Maintaining Equality- This is really important for the employee to not judge another employee or customer on the basis of caste,color,age,sex,race culture,nationality,religion,etc so that he could make his decision wisely and and will not harm anyone in these terms and treat everyone equally.

2) To treat all the colleagues equally- This is really important to consider the view points and thoughts of the colleagues in making any decision as this will help to get more information and knowledge about that topic or subject which will help in betterment of the organization.

3) To Respect everyone's point of view- In making decision it is really important to maintain calm and listen to everyone's view point whether it is the boss or the costumer and respect them even if you are not impressed by that view,an after listening to it and then explain your thoughts politely.

These ethical codes really matter a lot in any professional decision making process for an organization.
