Answer: One of the professional organization that is being related to career is healthcare organization. The healthcare organization provides quality of care to the patients. The healthcare professionals work to bring out best and positive outcomes of the treatment.

The professionals codes of ethics guides in decision making as it indulge in the ethical intances. It enables us to act and make decisions. The professional code of ethics involved about what is professionally correct and can be beneficial to the organization.

Most of the professional organization provides basic exams to achieve promotion such as BSN etc. This enable us to work in the healthcare organization.

Scope of practice can be defined as the process, action taken by the professionals to working the healthcare organizations. The ability, professionals degree of nursing enable to work in the healthcare organizations.
