making streagic plan for the researcher. Due to the multicultural
background making them get trusted and making collaboration is the
main barrier for community engagement. A strategic plan should
include the collaboration relationship, removing the barrier,
providing incentives for participation, removing research specific
issues due to ethicists as a marginalized population.
Collaboration relationship:
Peer research advisors like young researchers can increase access
to young women who are homeless, incarcerated, transient
individuals. it helps to make engaged for research, it makes
confidence among members and researchers and improves health
outcomes among young military members.
Communication barrier:
Using van to research people and using email, telephone interviews
can improve communication. Because most of them live in a shipping
line or a remote area it has poor access to reach people. van
approach can assess child health care.
Incentives:
Providing compensation for blood donation and withdrawal for
investigation by providing guidance for military members'
participation. Incentives can be reimbursed for expenses and
compensation for time can involve individuals to participate in
research. It should be added to the overall budget plan.
Researcher specific issues:
Higher rank and power position people can be pressures with
researcher interview, it makes unethical. focus on ethical and
honest disclosure of their interests can make the people involved
in the research. Use communication skills and knowledge to make
people's involvement.
Secure members' data with additional steps to protect their
information. this helps to identify their needs and retention. this
recruitment process help to view margin and vulnerable people's
health needs in the US military young women. It needs special
consideration to implement strategies among them.
