Acute bronchospasam,progfound hypertension,and urticaria are the anaphylactic sypmtoms of contrast.this symptoms will occur soon after the administration of contrast..This is a fatal condition .

Radiologist should give premedication inorderto avoid further complications.if any symptoms noticed stop the infusion first.Then call the doctor immediatwly.provide oxygen if needed.antidote should be administred immediately.
