44. This law requires health care providers to provide free effective communication to patients for an expanded group of disabilities.

Answer -(c) ADA

Reasons :

(a) Civil Rights Act- This Act is basically for the employment sector. This act has put a ban on any kind of discrimination based on cast, race, sex, color and nationality that is done for providing employment.

(b) HIPAA-This act is called as Health Insurance Probability and Accountability act, which basically has a goal to protect the worker's and his family's insurance coverage when they change or lose their jobs and also to protect their health data and keep it private and confidential.

(d) ADAAA- This act is called ADA Ammendment Act and this act was established to protect the person with disability from any kind of discrimination in their workplace. And It also helps the individual to seek protection easily under the ADA act.

(e) HITECH- This act is called as Health Information Technology for Economical and Clinical Health. This law was implemented to motivate the use of technology and electronic health records for health care which will help in improving, quality, efficiency and safety of the patient and also help in engaging more with the patient.
