My LVN career goal for the first 2 years of being an LVN:

1. To serve as a supportive role in a health care operation, providing a range of services.

2. To collaborate well with my colleagues and to contribute to the overall success of the team.

3. To monitor patients and their conditions.

4. To provide basic medical and non-medical care for patients.

5. To maintain patient records, provide verbal reports on patients, and deliver information, such as test results.

6. To answer basic questions about treatment and other issues related to the patient's care to both patient & their family members.

7. To ensure that patients are keeping up with their exercises or other tasks that have been assigned for their health.

8. To perform duties related to the patient's hygiene and comfort.
