1. Your career goals and the skills that you will need or possess to achieve your goals. Incorporate what we have discussed i.e. Conflict resolution, stress management, How to dress for an interview, (MY FUTURE GOAL IS TO BECOME A HOTEL MANAGER)

2. What are 5 five things, either positive or negative, that affect the workforce in the 21st century and how do these things affect you in achieving or not achieving your goals.

1. Career goals and the skills that you need or possess to achieve the goals of becoming a Hotel manager are having interpersonal skills and communication abilities to build positive rapport with people. The career goal is to become successful manager in hospitality industry and gaining experience to grow. The knowledge and training acquired through working with renowned institutes and companies can lead to opportunities and gaining leadership skills required for successful career as a hotel manager. The skills like planning and execution, communication and problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution are some of the skills required to excel in customer service in hospitality industry. Good behaviour with ability to interact positively with people from diverse cultural background is essential for success in hospitality industry.

2. The five things that affect the work force in the 21st Century are Collaboration, Communication, Creativity, Information Technology skills and Analytical skills . These things affect in achieving the goals as it increases the chances of better performance and finding solutions to the business problems. This things give opportunity to gain further knowledge and learning new skills required to stay competent in 21st Century. The use of Information technology enables to develop competitive edge along with use of analytical and critical thinking skills which are required to understand the business situations and develop unique solutions and value through products and services. Communication is important as it is required to work with different cultures and information sharing. Creativity and innovation helps in developing flexibility and improvement for further progress.
