find or create an ice breaker/team building activity.  List the materials you will need to do this activity,  the rules/instructions, and why you believe this would be a good ice breaker/team building activity for a public or educational health setting.

Team building activity helps students to solve the problem in working and in other conditions.
To create team building activity it should be with a clear set of objectives. Gather the team with volunteer and split them as a group by four to five.
communication and icebreakers
Two truths and a lie, the time needed 15 to 30 minutes
Materials needed:
-Blank scrapbook, paper, pen, marker, etc.
Instruction:
-start with group members to write about two truths and one lie about them in a small piece of paper. never reveal to anyone what they write. Make an open discussion for 10-15minutes. then everyone quizzes each other about the three questions and makes some ideas to proof which is lie and truth. Never reveal the truth and lie to anyone. At last gathers together and one by one repeat their three statement and make vote which one is lie by proving award points competitively. This game helps encourage good communication in the office and college among students and coworkers.
To success, the team building activity team members should trust the environment, facilitator and others. collaboration process makes success for respective role and responsibility, decision making and problem-solving, etc. Willingness to build a relationship with interest can provide a good result. have fun, success by enjoying themselves, have a team bond and provide an equal preference for other personal choices. this team building activity makes trust, engage, aspirate and mentor for learning and teaching others. Team building activity builds a strong relationship and improve communication and limit the conflict among students and the public.
