The teaching has been advanced with technology but still there are new implementation of tasks to make learning clear, better, easily understandable in simple steps and diagrams. One of the evidence based research is the patient safety and the quality. This research gives a clear information on how a fall can occur and the best possible practices done to prevent it by the healthcare professionals. This is also a way of quality improvement. This can be applied in nursing as they encounter with high risk of fall in almost all cases admitted..This in will be very useful when a elderly person is cared for and is bedridden.
