Answer #1

Obesity the major lifestyle disease in today's population has many causes. It is not just attributed or related to added sugars. The obesity in addition to this (added sugar food items) lack of exercise, any medical conditions, hormonal changes during and after a pregnancy in women who had a poor postnatal care or follow up,foods which are sugar coated ,groceries having 74% of sugar based foods.etc.,The normal sugar intake for a women can be 6tsp and for men 9tsp.A limit more than this is a way for poor health. Many research suggests that sugar alone is not the cause for obesity ,it can be a contributing factor for getting obesity.Hence a person to stay healthy should opt for healthy organic foods with adequate exercise and rest to stay at a bay from obesity.
