there is proper channel of the health care delivery system

• sub center

at small level every 1000 population there is on sub center and female health worker is there to provide basic health care

• primary health center

at every 25000 population there is 1 PHC is there where primary health care provided staff pattern also include 1 medical officer ,3 staff nurse, lab technician, pharmacist,ward boy,aaya,sweaper.

• Infant immunization programs: Immunization for newborns under the national immunization program is dispensed through the PHC
• Anti-epidemic programs: The PHC act as the primary epidemic diagnostic and control centre for the rural Whenever a local epidemic breaks out. They identify suspected cases and refer for further treatment.
• Birth control programs: Services under the birth control programs are Sterilization surgeries such as vasectomy and tubectomy are done here.
• Pregnancy and related care: A major focus of the PHC system is medical care for pregnancy and child birth in rural India. This is because people from rural India resist approaching doctors for pregnancy care which increases neonatal death. Hence, pregnancy care is a major focus area for the PHC.
• Emergencies: All the PHCs store drugs for medical emergencies which could be expected in rural areas. For example antivenoms for snake bites, rabies vaccinations, etc.
