In 300-400 words, please respond to the following discussion question

There are many challenges that interfere with patients not adhering to their plan of care. From your experience as an evolving APRN, identify one such challenge and discuss which health behavior theory from chap 11 philosophies and theories may be most appropriate to foster positive health behaviors. Give the rationale for your response.

An integrated theory of health behavior is a foundation for health behavior changes to improve knowledge, belief and improve self-regulation skills and ability and social facilitation. Making people engaged in self-management behavior can improve their health status. APRN is a clinical nurse specialist they apply this theory to improve patient care, as a leader and educator to make changes in their behavior APNR use midrange theory to enhance the achievement of positive patient outcome. It will be theory-based interventions that help avoid people decrease distraction with negative beliefs and provide a positive outcome. It is a smart practice. midrange theory is an Integrated Theory of Health Behavior Change (ITHBC)it is used for guide practice. APRN use midrange theory for providing and directing clinical care. It also helps to assist with application, transfer, evaluation of knowledge among individuals and groups of people.
APRN use always theory-based intervention to provide positive patient outcomes. ITHBC in behavior change is an interactive process. engagement in health behavior for an outcome it makes positive social influence and willingness in positive relations to make sustainable changes. it also improves people's knowledge, skills, belief, and the ability for their long term outcome of health improvement status. APRN measures the behavior outcome to ensure the changes to attain the improvement in health status.
Example: People with the decreased respiratory condition they need intervention to change their behavior to reduce smoking. ARPN's role as an educator they implement health behavior changes using ITHBC.
